So, you submitted a booking form for a life drawing. What happens next?
BEFORE YOUR BOOKING DATE
First, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice. These two emails will set out the booking cost and other details. You should pay for your booking at least a week before the event and $50 of that must be deposited immediately to lock in your chosen date and time.
Before the day of the event, it is recommended to arrange all the drawing materials such as a drawing pads, pencils, and anything else you would like to draw with (e.g. pastels or charcoal). Pencils are recommended because they are not messy and can draw whatever you like with ease.
Pencil sharpeners are another thing you should keep around.
As a bonus, you might want to swap out the pencils for some sculpting materials!
ON THE DAY
On the day of the event, your Butler will arrive around 10 minutes before the selected time. He won’t just knock on the door! Your Butler will call you to keep his presence a surprise for the guests.
You can come out to greet him and guide him inside. While your Butler gets ready, you can set the room where your guests and your Butler will be positioned during the life drawing. You should ensure that the room is set in a way that your guests sit around your Butler so they can all see him while drawing.
Before your Butler walks into your room, place an object in front of the guests and pretend that it’s a simple game of drawing that object. While your guests get busy drawing the object placed in front of them, your Butler will enter the room and surprise your guests.
Your Butler, from there onwards, will take over and entertain your guests by striking various poses and hosting several hilarious drawing activities.
Drawing activities can be really fun and help you bond, share laughter with your friends. The event will surely turn out to be one of the most memorable times of your life. If you want a more serious look to draw the Butler, you can let us know.
The total session lasts for about an hour. After the drawing, you can take pictures with and without your Butler. If your Butler requests that no photos of him be taken, we ask that you and your guests respect his wish.
Once the event is over, your Butler will come up to you to ask about your experience to ensure that his services were up to the mark.
