Booking topless waiters from Bare Butlers is a straightforward process. The very first thing you should do is fill out an online booking form.
Once the online form has been filled out, you should receive an invoice and booking confirmation email. These two emails will include the vital booking details such as how much it will cost you in total, and things that you will need to prepare on the day/night.
PAYMENT AND FUTHER PROCESSES
Once you have received your invoice, it must be cleared 7 days prior to your event. A deposit of $50 should also be paid upon confirmation to secure your date and time. Bare Butlers also accommodate you in case of a venue or time change, however we only require you to inform us of the changes as soon as possible to ensure everything goes smoothly!
For typical 2-hour topless waiter bookings, we advise that your Butler enters the party when it is in full swing. If you believe it would be a good idea to get the party started and set the mood by having your Butlers there before your guests arrive (e.g. to hand out bubbles on arrival), you should book for an additional hour.
On the night, your Butler will make an appearance approximately 10 minutes before the booked start time. He will call you on arrival, so you can meet him outside to ensure that the surprise does not get ruined!
PREPARATION AND SURPRISING YOUR GUESTS
Once you have met your Butler outside, you can take him to a separate space to get ready for the party.
When your Butler is ready, he will make his appearance to the party. If you have music playing, it is recommended that you turn it down in this moment to grab your guests’ attention towards your Butler.
Once your Butler has introduced himself, you can sit back and relax. Your Butler will take care of everything from serving the guests to entertaining them.
Your Butler will host games and serve your guests throughout your event. Make sure to snap some photos with and without your Butler to capture this memorable event. Once the event is over, your Butler will ensure that you are satisfied with the service and that the event went as per your expectations.
